Protein Summary

368193 is a small protein of 111 residues. The protein belongs to the

XisI family - fdxN element excision controlling factor protein. There are only three structurally close homologs found in PDB (2nlv, 2nvm and 2nwv). No other significant DALI/SSM hits are found with those structures. It is considered that those are the first group of the crystal structures from the XisI-like protein family.

368193 functions as a dimer. Dimer consisits with one monomer (green) and its symmetry mate (pink).
